Notes:
所有GCSE2009录用论文在正常缴纳注册费用后，将以光盘版形式发表在由WASE出版的《GCSE 2009
Proceedings》论文集上，并将呈送ISTP检索。GCSE 2009录用论文扩展后将以国际EI源刊“Journal of
Computers”、“Journal of Software”、"Journal of Computers "、"Journal of
Multimedia"专刊形式发表。
所有会议信息以此为准，最终解释权归WASE所有。
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings,
under an ISBN reference, in CD-ROM support.
After GCSE2009, the accepted papers published will be still invited
and recommended in extended form to the international special issue
for EI source magazine “Journal of Computers”,
“Journal of Software", "Journal of Software”, “Journal
of Multimedia”.
