2010 WASE Global Congress on Science Engineering (GCSE 2010) will be held on 27-28 November, 2010 in Shandong, China. The GCSE 2010 is organized by the World Association of Science Engineering (WASE), a non-profit international association for the engineers and the scientists. The conference has the focus on the frontier topics in the theoretical and applied engineering and science subjects. The GCSE conferences serve as good platforms for our members and the entire engineering community to meet with each other and to exchange ideas. Our GCSE committees have been formed with over one hundred conference committees’ members who are mainly research center heads, faculty deans, department heads, professors, and research scientists from over 20 countries.
