Remarks

1. Participants with regular registration can freely access to Workshop, and vice versa.

2. Regular registration includes Conference Proceeding, Lunch and Dinner (including Reception and Banquet) during the period of two-day Main Conference.

3. Student registration includes Main Conference Proceeding.

ICIE2010注册信息正式公布。为了加快论文集的出版，请已经接收到电子录用正式通知的作者，尽快办理注册手续。

对于论文已录用的作者，组委会将以电子邮件的形式发送正式录用通知，WASE版权转让书、论文注册登记表可在此页面下载。

1. 请收到通知的作者严格按照官方网站首页的IEEE CS论文模板进行论文排版。对于因论文格式原因而影响检索的论文，组委会概不负责。

2. 将签字扫描后的WASE版权转让书、汇款扫描单据凭证、学生证件(如有)以及注册登记表一并打包发送给至icie@enjoywise.org和programchairs@gmail.com

3. 为了进一步提高论文集质量，保证EI索引，请各位作者根据摘要要求，认真修改摘要。

4. 请作者认真填写ICIE注册登记表。关于开具发票的要求可以写在备注中(原则上，发票需要在会议期间领取)。请详细填写邮寄地址以及联系电话(通讯作者手机)，对于不参会的作者，会后我们会统一快递论文集以及发票。

5. 具体的汇款要求在注册登记表中。请作者按照自身情况填写费用项目（小项以及总计），并按照注册登记表中给出的汇款方式进行汇款。本次汇款支持对公以及对私两种形式汇款。无论采用哪一种汇款方式，请一定要将汇款凭证扫描后发送给组委会。

6. 预定酒店等事宜，组委会在7月初公布给各位作者。

第一批录用的作者，请务必在3月20日以前完成所有的注册手续。

第二批录用的作者，请务必在4月3日以前完成所有的注册手续。
